SHIPPING & DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 5 pm. Toys R Us & Babies R Us does not deliver on public holidays and over weekends.

Our Standard Delivery option offers a delivery period of 2 to 5 working days with a delivery charge of R65.00.

Orders that are set for delivery cannot be changed to an order for collection or same day delivery, unless authorized by the Online Administrator. Your order for delivery will need to be cancelled and re-ordered for collection at the store or same day delivery if applicable.

 

Please Note:

Our Standard Delivery period is subject to Regional and High Risk Areas, which means we may not be able to deliver to, or may experience delays as well as require a surcharge. Should your order be affected by a Regional Area Delivery, Toys R Us / Aramex will notify you as soon as possible.

While we endeavour to make every effort to ensure that accurate shipping estimates are provided on the website, we make no warranty that all items will definitely arrive within said time. Unfortunately, items may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. You may cancel a delayed item, without incurring any re-stocking fees, at your discretion, or wait for it to arrive. When we are informed of any delays resulting in your items being delivered after the estimate shipping period, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.

 

Tracking Your Order:

If you were signed into your account at the time of checkout, you will be able to track your order by viewing your order in the “my account” section and selecting “Track My Order”.
Your recipient will also be notified and provided with the tracking information, via SMS, as soon as your order has been handed over to the Couriers.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same Day Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 09:30 am - 4 pm. Toys R Us & Babies R Us does not deliver on public holidays and over weekends.

Our Same Day Delivery option offers same day delivery from selected stores, provided that the order is placed before 4pm, with a delivery fee of R85.

Orders that are set for same day delivery cannot be changed to an order for collection or standard delivery, unless authorized by the Online Administrator. Your order for same day delivery will need to be cancelled and re-ordered for collection at the store or standard delivery if applicable.

Order Updated and Tracking:

Customers can expect to receive regular order updates via email as our relevant teams process the order. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive further tracking details and updates via SMS from driver directly.

Should you wish to amend any of your delivery details, this will need to be communicated via our Customer Service Team (Email: customerservice@toysrus.co.za or Call/Whatsapp: 087 234 8697) , however this may result in a delay of your delivery.
Please Note:  the change of delivery address will only be applicable where the order has not been handed over to the driver.  

Damaged or Missing Items:

Should a customer receive an incomplete order or damaged items, this will need to be reported to our Customer Service Team (Email: customerservice@toysrus.co.za or Call/Whatsapp: 087 234 8697) , including images and order details, for assistance.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns:

For any Cancellation, Refund or Return requests, customers will need to reach out to Customer Service Team (Email: customerservice@toysrus.co.za or Call/Whatsapp: 087 234 8697) for assistance.
Please Note:  We are only able to cancel orders and provide a full refund if the order has not been handed over to the courier. If your order has already been handed over to the courier at the time of Cancellation, the delivery fee will be forfeited and not refunded.
